These to-do lists will serve as guide on what needs to be done and what has been done among the activities listed. This will also minimize occurrences of omitting a specific task.
  • Keep it a habit to name files organized. Following this activity, you will be able to track down any file that you will need later on. No need to go and search for all unnecessary files, thus you can minimize the time consumed in searching within hundreds of files in your work table. The use of software solutions would be advantageous in keeping the office look organized and refined. With regards to physical files, use wall-mounted or desktop filing systems and label all the files in that system.
